Protect MI Families is excited to announce our next coalition partner: the Coalition Protecting Auto No-Fault.

The Coalition Protecting Auto No-Fault (CPAN) is a consumer advocacy organization advocating for auto insurance policyholders, consumers injured in car crashes, and the medical providers that care for them. CPAN is made up of a collection of health care providers, consumer advocate groups, and individuals working together to fight against insurance price manipulation and secure quality medical care and rehabilitation under the Michigan auto insurance system. Their work is rooted in the mission that all Michiganders deserve access to lifetime/unlimited personal injury protection coverage, protection from economic harm, fair and affordable rates, and knowledge regarding their coverage options.

CPAN's work and history in the legislature is longstanding and successful, having advocated for catastrophic car crash survivors to recover the funds they are owed and protected consumers from predatory practices in the auto insurance industry. Protect MI Families is excited to work with this impactful consumer advocacy organization to achieve proper progress in Michigan's consumer protection landscape.

You can learn more about CPAN on their website, Facebook, or Instagram.
