Protect MI Families is excited to announce our next coalition partner: the Northern Midwest Regional Council of Carpenters

The Northern Midwest Regional Council of Carpenters (NMRCC) is a union representing over 35,000 workers and their families across Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. The NMRCC is committed to providing thorough training for its members, fighting for safer job sites, guaranteeing accessible healthcare, and bargaining for fair wages. Their membership includes a wide range of construction professionals, such as carpenters, millwrights, pile drivers, floor coverers, interior systems professionals, and industrial professionals.

Alongside the resources and support they provide for their members, the NMRCC also engages in political action by uplifting candidates and policies that uphold their values of quality apprenticeship programs, raising the minimum wage, and protecting workers' rights.

We look forward to working with such an impactful organization to advance consumer protections for families all across Michigan.

You can learn more about the NMRCC on their website, Facebook, or Instagram.
